A 25% Non-refundable deposit is required. The balance + tip can be paid in cash to the chauffeur on the day of service at pickup location. For deposit we accept all major credit card, cash, debit visa and e-mail money transfer.

HOW ARE THE RATES OF SERVICE DETERMINED?
There are number of variables that determine the rate.
Total number of passengers, type of limousine, pick-up date, time & location, total number of hours, daytime / night time service, and many more factors are required.
Our prices are very reasonable and affordable with excellent service.
HOW AND WHEN DO WE PAY THE BALANCE AMOUNT?
You can pay the remaining balance to the chauffeur by credit card or cash on the day of service at first pickup location.
CAN WE MAKE ANY CHANGES IN THE RESERVATION?
Yes, we can be change (date, time or location) subject to the availability.
48 hours or prior to the service we should receive written request from the client and you will receive a modified confirmation reflecting the changes.
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS?
In wedding season (April – September) usually 3-5 hours during the day.
We try to accommodate at the most cost effective rate possible.
Do I get my deposit back if I change my mind?
Deposits are non refundable as we hold the vehicle booked for you and block off the spot.
What is included in the wedding limousine services package?
Consecutive hours of service, Uniformed chauffeur, Red Carpet Service, Ribbon & Bow decorations, Just married sign, Refreshments, Complimentary bottle of champagne

What if I decide during the rental that I want to extend the duration of the limousine rental on the day of service?
It is subject to the availability of the vehicle. If the vehicle is available, we can extend as per your requirement.

What regulations apply to the limousine industry?
To meets all regulatory and insurance requirements to operate in Ontario. All limousine companies are required to obtain an operator’s licenses (CVOR & PVC) and insurance before they can do business in Ontario, but there is no complete enforcement to this. This puts the responsibility on the buyer to check that the company being considered is fully licensed, qualified and insured
What red flags should I look for when booking a limousine rental?
Does the limousine company have a physical address? Is it possible to visit the company’s office? Can you drop by to view the company’s fleet of vehicles?
Can I view my limousine before I book it?
Monday – Friday are better days for viewing our vehicle between 9am-6pm. Saturday 9am-1pm. Sundays Our Locations is Closed. Call us an hour prior to coming to ensure the vehicle (s) you like to see are on our lot. No appointment is required.

Yes, we carry Limbusine / party bus. Maximum 40 people can travel at a time.

What Are Your Terms & Conditions Of Hire?
Below are our terms & conditions of hire including the fine print:
No Refund Policy Applies Once Service Is Completed. Its Clients Sole Responsibility To Review The Confirmation/Contract To Ensure Accuracy.Any deposits (cash or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable for any reason, if any cancellation occurs from renter’s side. A Valid Credit card imprint is required for SECURITY in case of incidentals. Chauffeur will refuse to serve clients unable to present a valid credit card. ***OUTSTANDING BALANCES MUST BE SETTLED BEFORE SERVICE IS INITIATED***. Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, E Transfer Or Major Credit Card Only. Convenience charge for Credit Card transactions & Etransfer 15%. . Cancellation Policy: 25% Of The Booking/Deposit Amount Is Non-Refundable At Anytime. If any Cancellation Occurs Within 7 Days Of Service Date & Time From Renter’s Side, Client Will Be Responsible For The Full Amount Of The Booking. Cancellation request must be made in writing for a booking to be considered cancelled.
If client requests for additional service other than mentioned on the contract, additional charges are applicable & amount will be determined based on the nature of additional service (s) requested. These addition’s will be strictly subject to availability.
Clients Are to Fasten Their Seat Belts While Seated In The Vehicle. Clients Are Not To Stand Or Move While The Vehicle In Motion.
AT THE CHAUFFEUR’S DISCRETION, THE PURCHASER (CARDHOLDER) AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR.
(1) $ 20.00 per broken glassware,
(2) $ 600.00 per damaged seat, $1200.00 per damaged carpet, $200.00-$600.00 per damaged mirror/window
(3) $100.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.)
(4) $250.00 detailing/shampoo/sanitization and wax (due to sickness-interior/exterior)
(5) $200.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery
(6) $750.00 minimum for each act of vandalism
(7) Triple charge of above listed amounts for any item removed/stolen from vehicle
(8) Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract
Smoking and Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Chauffeurs may terminate services at their discretion if the passengers do not follow company terms and conditions, full payment is still required. Passengers must be prepared at scheduled pick up and drop off times in order to avoid overtime charges or termination of services. Overtime charges (15 minute grace period): Sedan, SUV: $1 per minute, Stretches: $50 per 15 minutes. For hourly services: please refer to vehicle type to for prescribed rate. Toll Road usage: Admin charge is $5.00 per entry and 25 cents/KM (Sedan, SUV) 35 cents/KM (Stretch). Sales orders/invoices must be reviewed and emailed back for a booking to be considered confirmed. All wedding Or Livery itineraries must be provided 2 weeks prior to date of occasion via email in response to the confirmation sent at the time of booking ONLY, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PROMPT SERVICE(To Be Typed In The Body Of The Email, No Attachments).FAILURE TO PROVIDE ITINERARY/SCHEDULE WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF SERVICE WITHOUT NOTICE AND ANY REFUND. Exotica Limousines Does Not Take Any Liability For Items Lost/Left In The Vehicle and are not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather or traffic. Any reservation changes must be made in writing and may not be available on last minute requests. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU AUTHORIZE EXOTICA LIMOUSINE SERVICES TO POST ANY OUTSTANDING CHARGES TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. ANY OUTSTANDING INVOICES PAST 30 DAYS, IF NOT ABLE TO AUTHORIZE CREDIT CARD ON FILE OR SETTLED OTHERWISE, WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE.
